Frequently asked questions

#1. Can I arrange to have my equipment shipped to my location?


All Equipment is located in Windsor, Ontario and can either be picked up at our warehouse or can be shipped (at an additional charge). Shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense direct to your location. Freight is billed based on weight and dimensions. Extra charges apply for skidding services, residential, tailgate, docking fees and beyond carriers. If you require shipping and/or skidding, please contact gwalters@gametimefun.com or call us at 1 888 273 2884.Can I arrange to have my equipment shipped to my location?




#2. What if I require assistance at the border?


If you do not have other arrangements for clearing your purchases at customs, please contact Robert Herman at Livingston International at 716-807-3305 or Rherman@Livingstonintl.com in advance of your pick up to get assistance with customs and brokerage, if necessary.




#3. Do I have to pay by credit card? Do you accept USD ?


If you would like to pay by means other than the credit card used to register, we accept payment by electronic funds transfer or cash , IF prearranged in advance.

We can accept payment in USD, at a competitive exchange rate to the CDN$ auction pricing determined on the day of payment.
